CRITICAL NOTICE: All products supplied by Regenerative Health Peptides are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific study, and analytical development. Under no circumstances are compounds to be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic administration, cosmetic formulation, or agricultural use.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Regenerative Health Peptides ("RHP," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") at rhpeptides.com, creating a customer account, or placing an order for products, you ("Purchaser," "Researcher," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree unconditionally to all provisions set forth herein, you are strictly prohibited from accessing this website or purchasing any products or services.

2. Research Use Only (RUO) Certification & Strict Prohibitions

All compounds, peptides, and chemical reagents cataloged and distributed by Regenerative Health Peptides are explicitly designated as Research Use Only (RUO) materials.

  • In-Vitro Laboratory Use Only: Products are intended solely for laboratory experimentation, chemical characterization, receptor binding assays, chromatography calibration, and cell-free in-vitro scientific study.
  • Prohibition on Human & Animal Administration: Products are NOT drugs, medications, food additives, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Introducing any product sold by RHP into humans or animals via injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other bodily route is strictly prohibited and unlawful.
  • No FDA Evaluation: None of the products or statements on this website have been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any international health authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Not a Compounding Pharmacy: Regenerative Health Peptides is a commercial chemical supplier. RHP is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B.

3. Purchaser Eligibility & Mandatory Age Verification (21+)

Sales of research compounds are strictly restricted to qualified entities and individuals:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to browse this website, register an account, or complete a transaction.
  • Institutional & Researcher Qualifications: You represent and warrant that you are purchasing on behalf of an accredited university, institutional research facility, biotechnology firm, contract research organization (CRO), or are an independent researcher equipped with proper laboratory biosafety infrastructure, chemical containment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identity & Compliance Checks: RHP reserves the right to verify purchaser credentials, conduct IP reputation assessments, require business tax documentation, or deploy identity verification platforms (such as Token of Trust). RHP reserves the unconditional right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts where credentials cannot be verified.

4. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Misuse & Communication Policy

COMMUNICATION BAN: Any inquiry, email, support ticket, order note, or phone inquiry mentioning or implying personal use, human administration, reconstitution for bodily injection, dosage guidelines, therapeutic treatment, or cycling protocols will result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders, and permanent blacklisting.

Our customer service personnel, scientists, and affiliates are legally prohibited from providing guidance regarding in-vivo reconstitution, medical advice, human dosing, or clinical application. We will not respond to inquiries that violate this policy.

5. Product Characterization, Lyophilization & Handling

Our peptide compounds are synthesized for scientific rigor and provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form sealed under vacuum or inert gas in laboratory-grade glass vials:

  • Analytical Verification: Batch purity is verified through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and confirmed molecular mass via Mass Spectrometry (MS). Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are made available in our public COA Library.
  • Storage Standards: Lyophilized peptides must be stored desiccated at -20°C upon receipt to maintain peptide stability and prevent degradation. The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for cold-chain handling and chemical containment.
  • Exclusion of Diluents & Medical Supplies: Research orders do not include diluents (e.g., bacteriostatic water), sterile reconstitution vials, needles, or syringes, nor does RHP market medical administration hardware.

6. Pricing, Ordering & Payment Verification

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation:

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. RHP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit quantity for any reason.
  • Fraud Mitigation: Transactions undergo automated fraud screening. Orders flagged for suspicious billing patterns, mismatched geolocations, or high risk may be paused pending additional identity verification.
  • Chargeback Fraud: Submitting a fraudulent chargeback or disputing legitimate transactions for delivered research supplies will result in immediate referral to collections and permanent revocation of purchasing privileges across all affiliate research supply networks.

7. Order Cancellation & Return Policies

Due to our rapid fulfillment cycle and the temperature-sensitive nature of peptide materials:

  • 1-Hour Cancellation Window: Because orders are instantly transmitted to our cleanroom fulfillment system, order cancellation requests must be submitted within one (1) hour of order placement. Full details are available in our Cancellation Policy.
  • No Returns on Peptides: Because chain of custody, sterile integrity, and temperature controls cannot be verified once a shipment leaves our facility, all peptide and chemical sales are final and non-refundable. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
  • Damaged Shipments: Damaged packages or missing items must be reported within three (3) days of carrier delivery confirmation, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of packaging, labels, and vial integrity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, ALL CONTENT, AND ALL RESEARCH COMPOUNDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, REGENERATIVE HEALTH PEPTIDES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR RESEARCH PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RHP makes no warranty that product analytical data or third-party laboratory findings will meet your specific experimental objectives or that results obtained from in-vitro studies will be reproducible across differing assay parameters.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REGENERATIVE HEALTH PEPTIDES, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THIS WEBSITE OR ANY COMPOUNDS ORDERED HEREIN.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF RESEARCH DATA, LABORATORY CONTAMINATION, EQUIPMENT DAMAGE, ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE, OR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED HANDLING OR IN-VIVO ADMINISTRATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL RHP'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO RHP FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Purchaser Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regenerative Health Peptides, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms or our Research Use Only Policy;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or property right;
  • Any claim that your handling, storage, synthesis, or study of our compounds caused harm, contamination, or regulatory sanction;
  • Any unauthorized resale, secondary distribution, or diversion of compounds into non-laboratory applications.

11. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content on this website—including molecular structures, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and COA designs—is the property of Regenerative Health Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and all claims or causes of action arising out of or relating to your use of this site or purchase of compounds, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located within the State of Washington, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, and Research Use Only Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
