They are NOT for human or animal consumption, food additives, cosmetic use, drugs, medical devices, or commercial manufacturing of consumer goods.

1. Intended Purpose & Scope

The products distributed by Regenerative Health Peptides ("the Company") are explicitly designated as "Research Use Only" (RUO). They are formulated, synthesized, and packaged strictly for:

  • In-vitro biochemical and cellular research assays
  • Laboratory experimentation and structural biology analysis
  • Analytical chromatography and mass spectrometry standards
  • Formulation and methodology development in non-clinical environments

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition in humans or animals. Any diversion, misuse, or bodily administration outside authorized laboratory settings constitutes an unlawful act and a material breach of our terms.

2. Purchaser Qualifications & Verification

By purchasing RUO compounds from Regenerative Health Peptides, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • You are affiliated with an accredited university, commercial laboratory, biotech enterprise, research institute, or are an independent researcher operating with proper safety controls.
  • You possess the technical knowledge, laboratory containment facilities, and personal protective equipment (PPE) required to handle lyophilized compounds safely.
  • All statements, identity details, and entity affiliations provided during checkout and account registration are accurate, truthful, and verifiable.

Regenerative Health Peptides reserves the right to conduct verification procedures at our sole discretion, including identity authentication (via services such as Token of Trust), IP reputation screening, and business credential checks.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on In-Vivo / Human Use

STRICT PROHIBITION: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding human or animal administration. Any communication with our team—via email, chat, order comments, or social media—inquiring about human dosing, reconstitution for bodily injection, therapeutic regimens, or personal experience will result in immediate cancellation of pending orders, permanent account termination, and blacklisting.

4. Chemical Characterization, Storage & Safety

Researchers must observe standard biochemical laboratory protocols when handling compounds:

  • Lyophilized State: Peptides are provided in lyophilized cake/powder form sealed in sterile glass vials. Vials should be stored desiccated at -20°C upon receipt to prevent hydrolytic degradation.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Laboratory personnel should utilize nitrile gloves, laboratory coats, eye protection, and work inside a certified chemical fume hood or biosafety cabinet when reconstituting or handling powders.
  • Hazardous Waste Disposal: All unused materials, reconstitution vials, and consumables must be disposed of in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal hazardous chemical waste regulations.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Account Termination

Unauthorized or improper use of these products is a violation of FDA regulations and our Terms & Conditions. Violations will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your customer account
  • Cancellation and forfeiture of all pending shipments without refund
  • Reporting to relevant state or federal regulatory and law enforcement authorities where appropriate
