Cancellation Policy

At Regenerative Health Peptides (RHP), we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your research materials without delay. As a result, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

1. Order Processing Window

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is captured, it is immediately routed to our fulfillment center. Because of the rapid nature of this automated process, we can only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of the order being placed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order within the 1-hour window, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or use the Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.

3. After the Window

If the 1-hour window has passed, or if the order has already been assigned a tracking number or shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. At that point, you will need to refer to our Return Policy once the package arrives.
