Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and degradable nature of research peptides, Regenerative Health Peptides maintains a strict quality control and return policy to ensure the integrity of our products for all researchers.

1. General Returns

Because we cannot verify the storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, handling) of products once they leave our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptides or chemical products once they have been shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify our support team within 3 days of the delivery date. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. We will review the claim and, if approved, issue a free replacement immediately.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving your research materials will result in a permanent ban from Regenerative Health Peptides and all affiliated networks.

4. Hardware and Supplies

Non-peptide items, such as sterile supplies or empty vials, may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are completely unopened and in their original, sealed sterile packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
